Refund policy

At TiceRug, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
